Consumer-led flexibility: consumer engagement

We’re seeking feedback on the best approach to engage consumers on consumer-led flexibility to help optimise and sustain uptake, and want to determine the appropriate role for government and other organisations as a part of that.

This consultation presents a number of potential scope components that could inform the remit of a potential consumer engagement framework. Your feedback will inform which scope components could be considered for detailed proposals, which would be assessed against the continuation of current arrangements.

Any subsequent proposals would be subject to further consultation and would be expected to include the consideration of existing organisations that could be involved in such a framework.
