The Specialised Committee on Participation in Union Programmes (SCPUP) was established by the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement. The SCPUP is a joint forum between the UK and the EU to address matters relating to participation in Union programmes as covered by Part Five of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement. It met for the third time on 4 December 2023.
