Decision No 1/2023 of the Joint Committee established by the Separation Agreement of 27 September 2023.
The Separation Joint Committee adopted this decision on 27 September 2023. It further amends part 1 of annex 1 of the Separation Agreement to reflect relevant decisions taken by the EU’s Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems. These decisions relate to interpreting social security coordination provisions, including on conversion rates and refund procedures. They do not impact the rights provided for in the Separation Agreement.
