This Note Verbale sets out the meaning of the assurances in paragraphs 8 and 10 of the Memorandum of Understanding between the United Kingdom and Rwanda for the provision of an asylum partnership arrangement to strengthen shared international commitments on the protection of refugees and migrants.
The assurances relate to the reception and accommodation of those who are transferred to Rwanda.
