Telecommunications providers survey October 2021 to February 2022
Research identifying the key types of telecommunications providers in the UK, what services they provide and whether they will be affected by the Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021.
Team Telemarketing LTD was commissioned by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media, & Sport (DCMS) in October 2021 to write, design and conduct a market research project aimed at telecommunications providers in the UK. The focus of the project was to identify the key types of telecommunications providers in the UK, what services they provide and whether they will be affected by the Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021 (The Act). This market research project will allow DCMS to gain a better understanding of telecommunications providers to further support the development of the UK’s digital infrastructure.
