A Planning Direction has been made which grants deemed planning permission for the development associated with the relocation of the Island Project School in Solihull. The Direction and associated documents are available below. This direction has been made by the Secretary of State for Transport under the powers given to him by Section 50 of the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017. Works are expected to start on site in 2022.
