▤ Verbatim text from source document

In its response to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) recommendations received during the dialogue with the Human Rights Council on 4 May 2017, the UK government committed to follow up the recommendations by: preparing an update on up to 5 recommendations and a mid-term report on all recommendations.

This mid-term report is based on contributions from relevant government departments, the Devolved Administrations, the Crown Dependencies and, via the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, the Overseas Territories.

The UK looks forward to engaging in its fourth Universal Periodic Review.
