This consultation seeks your views on proposed amendments to the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (health and safety at work) (carcinogens and mutagens) regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007/3100) (“the 2007 regulations”) to implement changes to exposure limits and health surveillance requirements.
A full list of consultation questions is contained in section 5 of this consultation.
Responses are welcomed from 18 October 2019 until 22 November 2019.
