Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund statistics
Data to monitor the installation of energy efficiency measures in domestic properties via the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (WH:SHF) scheme in England.
The frequency of the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (SHF) and Warm Homes: Local Grant (LG) statistics releases has moved from monthly to quarterly.
The statistics will continue to include monthly time series for measures and households, but these will now be updated quarterly.
As delivery volumes increase across each scheme, a quarterly publication cycle now enables us to provide a more complete picture of activity. We can analyse trends more meaningfully, draw out clearer comparisons, and provide richer context in the commentary. It creates greater opportunity to draw on complementary data sources where appropriate to increase the value of each statistical release.
Overall, these changes will help users better understand the progress and impact of both schemes.
Future publication dates will be published on GOV.UK in advance.

The statistics cover the scheme from the launch of WH:SHF in March 2025. The data included are 1 month in arrears.
