The purpose of this consultation is solely to seek views as to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) Rules 2013 and the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010 in relation to the question of placing a cap or caps on costs recoverable under the costs provisions in leasehold and residential property cases. (Further, fees regulations are outside the scope of Rules made by the Tribunal Procedure Committee, and do not form part of this consultation.)
