On 30 November 2017, the CMA published the final report of its market study into residential and nursing care homes for older people.
This response sets out the Department of Health and Social Care’s (DHSC) response to the CMA’s report. DHSC has accepted, or accepted in principle, all of the CMA’s recommendations.
