Proposals for implementing type approval frameworks for motorcycles, tricycles, quadricycles and some power assisted pedal cycles.

We are proposing implementing frameworks for vehicles in accordance with EU Regulation 168/2013.

For effected vehicles the proposals introduce:

  • higher road safety
  • better environmental standards
