Today (7 November 2017) the Office of Tax Simplification (OTS) has laid in Parliament and published its first report on VAT, setting out a range of proposals for simplifying the tax.
The report follows on from the call for evidence and the interim report published in February 2017.
The OTS has published a press release on Friday and a news item today which contain further information.
