Class approval for matters ancillary to development mentioned in the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017. The matters are:
- handling of re-useable spoil or topsoil
- storage sites for construction materials, spoil or topsoil
- works screening
- artificial lighting
- dust suppression
- road mud control measures
Class approval was made following the conclusion of the consultation which ran from 20 December 2016 to 13 February 2017.
