Marine Plan - Statement of Public Participation Consultation

This consultation asks for feedback on the draft Statement of Public Participation for each of the next phase of marine plans.

A draft Statement of Public Participation has been published for the North East, North West, South East and South West marine plan areas.

The Statement of Public Participation sets out whom, when and how the MMO will engage with stakeholders during the marine planning process.

The versions published as part of this consultation are consultation drafts. They have been produced to provide an opportunity for those with an interest in the marine plan areas, to input to the development of a Draft Statement of Public Participation, which the Marine Management Organisation will recommend to the Secretary of State for approval to publish.
