We want to know what you think about our draft Large Combustion Plants (Transitional National Plan) Regulations 2015. Do you think these regulations will work? We also want to know what you think about the impact assessment, including the overall approach we have taken, and the data sources used.

Under the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED), a transitional national plan can be used to give large combustion plants extra time to invest in technology. This will help large combustion plants meet stricter emission standards for three key pollutants (nitrogen oxides, sulphur dioxide and dust).
