This review was submitted to the Minister of State for Crime Prevention by Professor Peter Hutton in March 2015.
Professor Peter Hutton was appointed to review the current provision of Forensic Pathology in England and Wales in 2014 to 2015.
The British Association in Forensic Medicine (BAFM) has produced a response to the Hutton report, which can be accessed from the BAFM website.
