HS2 Phase One information papers: understanding the hybrid Bill (series B)
How HS2 Ltd will comply with its commitments to Parliament during the passage of the HS2 Phase One Bill.
The Bill will be promoted through Parliament by the Secretary of State for Transport. High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd will record and meet its commitments to the Secretary of State for Transport as described in these papers.
