The Amendments for the removal of the HS1 to HS2 link are amendments to the HS2 Bill providing for the removal of the HS1 to HS2 link. These amendments are a reduction in the powers in the HS2 Hybrid Bill and do not form part of Additional Provision 3 (September 2015).
