This is the Home Office plan of secondary legislation as at July 2015.

This plan outlines the statutory instruments (SI) that the Home Office expects to be brought forward over the next year.

The plan gives:

  • the proposed title of each piece of legislation
  • a brief summary of the detail
  • the relevant parliamentary procedure

These measures are subject to ongoing policy discussions and dependent on the parliamentary timetable. Measures such as those that deal with sensitive matters are not included on this list.
