This study evaluated the digitalisation of services in the civil and family courts, and tribunals, as part of the HMCTS Reform Programme. It included surveys, interviews, and analysis of management information to assess the implementation and effects of digitalisation, especially relating to access to justice. It forms part of an overarching programme evaluating HMCTS Reform.
