The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Regent’s University London Limited) Order 2020

This Order, made under section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 authorises Regent’s University London Limited with the power to award taught awards for a fixed term expiring on 31st August 2024. This Order will come into force on 29th September 2020.
