The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Hull College Group) Order of Council 2015 (Amendment) Order 2021

This Order, made under section 45(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017, provides for a variation of the Power to Award Degrees etc (Hull College Group) Order of Council 2015, so that Hull College Group’s existing Degree Awarding Powers authorisation remain valid until 31st December 2022. This Order will come into force on 1st January 2022.
