The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (Coronavirus) (Amendment of Schedule 10) (No. 2) Regulations 2021

These Regulations substitute a new Schedule 10 to the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (c. 12) (“CIGA”). These Regulations replace the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (Coronavirus)(Amendment of Schedule 10) Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/1029), which contained an error and are revoked by regulation 2 of these Regulations.
