This consultation concerns a ‘mandation’ proposal in relation to CE-Filing that has been made to the TPC by a Working Group of administrative staff within HM Courts and Tribunals Service and judges from each of the four Upper Tribunal Chambers. The TPC is seeking the views of stakeholders as to whether CE-Filing should be made mandatory for certain parties in the Upper Tribunal and, if there is to be ‘mandation’, how this should be achieved.

Responses to the consultation will be considered by the TPC.
