The Windsor Framework (Retail Movement Scheme: Plant and Animal Health) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2024

These Regulations implement the Windsor Framework, in particular Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1231 (OJ No. L 165, 29.6.2023, p.103), in respect of the movement of certain rest of the world retail goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.
