The Surrey County Council (Adult Education Functions) Regulations 2026

These Regulations provide for the conferral of certain adult education functions of the Secretary of State under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (c. 22) (“the 2009 Act”) on Surrey County Council (“the Council”).
