The Red Rocks and Longay Urgent Marine Conservation (No. 2) Order 2021 (Urgent Continuation) Order 2022 (revoked)

This Order is an “urgent continuation order” which provides that the Red Rocks and Longay Marine Conservation (No. 2) Order 2021 (“the 2021 Order”), an “urgent marine conservation order”, remains in force until the end of 10 March 2023. The 2021 Order would otherwise remain in force until the end of 16 March 2022.
