Law Commission consultation on evidence in sexual offences prosecutions

This is a public consultation by the Law Commission for England and Wales. The Law Commission is conducting a review of the law, guidance, and practice relating to the trial process in prosecutions of sexual offences and considering the need for reform in order to increase the understanding of consent and sexual harm and improve the treatment of victims while ensuring that defendants receive a fair trial.
