Law Commission Consultation: Review of the Arbitration Act 1996

This is a public consultation by the Law Commission for England and Wales. This project reviews the Arbitration Act 1996, to consider whether any reform is necessary, to ensure the Act remains state of the art. For more information about this project, click here .
