Proposed changes to the Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002 and the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005 to exempt relevant documents from being made publicly available for inspection due to restriction on movement and social distancing put in place to respond to the coronavirus pandemic.
