The Department of Health and Social Care is amending the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 through the 2026 Amendment Regulations to update CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulatory requirements. Draft and final regulations have been published, with impact assessments underway to evaluate the effects on providers and service users.
