The National Health Service (NHS Payment Scheme – Consultation) Regulations 2022
These Regulations make provision concerning the consultation that NHS England must conduct prior to publishing the NHS payment scheme.
The Department of Health and Social Care is amending the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 through the 2026 Amendment Regulations to update CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulatory requirements. The changes affect how regulated health and social care activities are defined and supervised. Draft and final regulations have been published, with impact assessments underway to evaluate the effects on providers and service users.
