The Local Electricity (No. 2) Bill and Electricity Grid (Review) Bill address planning application processes, Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) for electric lines, and changes to application fees. The policy is active with government consultation responses and ongoing implementation of network acceleration measures.
