EU-UK Citizens' Rights negotiations are being managed by the Cabinet Office and FCDO through a Specialised Committee established under the Brexit withdrawal agreement to address the rights of EU citizens in the UK and British citizens in the EU. Current discussions include local voting rights for EU citizens and overseas voting participation, with concerns raised about lack of public consultation on proposed measures.
