HM Treasury is establishing and maintaining a formal regulatory dialogue forum between the UK and EU on financial services, complemented by bilateral arrangements with other major economies including Japan and China. This mechanism addresses post-Brexit regulatory coordination and alignment on strategic financial interests. The forum is active and meeting regularly at ministerial level.
