The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government is reforming the home buying and selling process to improve transparency and reduce friction in conveyancing. The Housing Market Reform Bill and Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill address material information disclosure (including coastal erosion and landslide risks), estate agent practices, and park home commission payments.
