Home Energy Model and Future Homes Standard

The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero is developing the Home Energy Model and Future Homes Standard to establish new energy performance assessment and building efficiency requirements for residential properties. This replaces the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) and sets mandatory energy efficiency standards for new homes and retrofits.
