Initial Teacher Training Reform

The Department for Education and Ofsted are reforming Initial Teacher Training (ITT) to equip teachers with skills for adaptive teaching and screening for neurodivergent conditions, including dyslexia. This active reform, supported by bills on neurodivergence and dyslexia screening, includes new regulations and builds on the 'Every Child Achieving and Thriving' white paper, with emphasis on physical education and professional development.
