New Plan for Immigration
The Home Office is implementing a comprehensive immigration reform agenda through the Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Act 2025 and related legislation to control legal migration and tackle illegal entry. The New Plan for Immigration addresses clandestine entrants, visa policy, and border security with measures including civil penalties and reformed asylum procedures.
