Private Parking Code of Practice

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government is establishing a regulatory framework for private parking enforcement through a code of practice and potential regulator. The Pavement Parking Bill and Private Parking (Regulator) Bill aim to standardize private estate management arrangements and reduce unfair parking charges and enforcement practices.
