Protect Duty (Martyn's Law)

Martyn's Law requires operators of publicly accessible venues to implement protective security measures against terrorism threats. Led by the Home Office following the Manchester Arena Inquiry, the Protect Duty establishes a legal obligation for venue operators to assess risks and implement reasonable mitigation measures.
