RVAR 2010 London Underground Exemptions

The Department for Transport is granting exemptions from the Regulatory Reform (Running of Railways) Order 2006 (RVAR 2010) to heritage and light railways, including London Underground lines, to address accessibility and operational constraints. The Transport for London (Extension of Concessions) Bill provides the legislative framework for these exemptions.
