Smart Data Policy

Smart Data Policy establishes frameworks for making energy, financial services, and public data more accessible and usable across the UK economy. Led jointly by BEIS, DCMS, DESNZ, and DSIT, the policy includes development of an energy smart data scheme and responds to public consultation on data governance. The initiative aims to balance innovation and data utility with public trust and regulatory safeguards.
