Pension Guidance for Savers

The Department for Work and Pensions is reviewing pension guidance and savings options for workers, particularly focusing on Lifetime ISAs, workplace pensions, and auto-enrolment for lower earners. Under the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 framework, the government is consulting on how to help savers understand pension choices at the point of access and ensure guidance reflects the different tax treatment and employer contribution implications for various saver groups.
