Smarter Regulation Framework

The Department for Business and Trade is developing a Smarter Regulation Framework to improve how regulatory requirements apply to small public bodies and civil service organisations. The framework addresses challenges small bodies face in implementing compliance standards, HR requirements, and shared services, with recommendations for proportionate support and consolidation where appropriate.
